John has been serving clients in the financial services industry since 1991. He chose LPL Financial as the broker dealer for the investment services firm to provide financial strategies on a comprehensive and independent platform. His CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification is a well respected credential in the financial services industry. It identifies financial professionals who have met the rigorous ethical, educational, and experience standards of the CFP Board.

John graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business degree. John also attained a Master of Divinity Degree from American Christian College and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University. As a lay minister, he has served with various ministries helping people around the metro Oklahoma City area for a number of years. An ardent patriot, John also served for several years as an Infantryman in the Oklahoma Army National Guard, including a combat tour to NE Afghanistan.

Originally from Texas, John has lived in Oklahoma for most of his life. In his free time, he enjoys being with his lovely wife Monique and his very active children Noah and Lydia. He also likes spending time ministering to hurting people, being outdoors, playing guitar, and reading a good book. John is a member of Shekinah Fellowship Church in Oklahoma City. He aspires to be a great preacher one day.
